We're making some changes to some of our college buses from 30 August.

  • Burnley to Rawtenstall & Manchester

    via Prestwich

  • The service Mainline M1, Mainline M2 has disruptions

    Burnley to Padiham, Accrington, and Clitheroe

    via Whalley, Huncoat

    • Diversion on Mailine services

      3rd Sep 2026 onwards

      Colne road is closed going towards nelson.The Mainline services & the 5 service will be diverting via Ormrod road, Eastern Avenue and Casterton avenue

  • The service Mainline M3, Mainline M4, Mainline M5, Mainline M6 has disruptions

    Burnley to Skipton, Barnoldswick, Trawden & Keighley

    via Nelson, Colne

    • Bus stop inaccessible

      3rd Aug 2026 onwards

      Due to roadworks, Casterton Avenue is inaccessible and so the Mainline M3 will be diverting

      Alternative stops:

      -Towards Burnley: Prairie

      -Towards Nelson: Oaks Hotel

      This is in place until further notice

      We apologise for any inconvenience

    • M3 Disruption

      27th Aug 2026 onwards

      Due to a police closure as the road has flooded and damaged the surface the M3 will be Terminating at Clarance Street and will U-turn on the roundabout to make the return journey

    • Diversion on the M3 service

      28th Aug 2026 onwards

      Due to a road closure the M3 service is unable to serve Trawden. The service will be terminating at Heifer Lane roundabout.
      Wwe will update customer once full service is restored

    • Diversion on Mailine services

      3rd Sep 2026 onwards

      Colne road is closed going towards nelson.The Mainline services & the 5 service will be diverting via Ormrod road, Eastern Avenue and Casterton avenue

  • Burnley to Stoops Estate

  • The service 2, 2A has disruptions

    Burnley to Hospital & Nelson

    • 2 & 2A Diversion

      2nd Aug 2026 onwards

      Due to works vehicles causing issues on Hillingdon Road, the 2 and 2A will be diverting via Marsden Road

      Stops missed:

      -Towards Nelson: St James School, Red Spar Rd, Clock House Court, Beckenham Court, Longridge Heath and Hillingdon Rd North

      -Towards Burnley: Chislehurst Grove, Beckenham Court, Oakwood Close, Red Spar Rd and St James School

      The buses will serve all stops on the diversion route

      This is in place until further notice

      We apologise for any inconvenience

  • Burnley to Pike Hill

    via Brownhill

  • Burnley to Pike Hill & Worsthorne

  • The service 5 has disruptions

    Harle Syke to Burnley & Rosegrove

    via Burnley General Hospital

    via Feniscowles, Clayton-le-Moors, Padiham

  • The service 120 COLLEGE BUS has disruptions

    Barnoldswick to Burnley College

    via Colne, Barrowford

    • Colne Bus Station Changes from 12th July

      23rd Jul 2026 onwards

      From the 12th July there will be some changes to the stands we depart from at Colne bus station.

      New Stands as follows

      Stand 2- Mainline towards Burnley

      Stand 3 - College buses 110 & 120.

      All other services remain unchanged.

  • Livesey to Burnley College

    via Ewood, Shadsworth

  • Rising Bridge to Burnley College

    via Accrington

  • Nelson & Colne to Craven College

    via Earby, Barnoldswick
